These terms apply to booking requests made directly with Villa Cozy, 2792+GWQ, South, Unawatuna 80600, Sri Lanka, and to the use of this website.

Booking requests

Sending the booking form, a WhatsApp message or calling us is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your stay is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the dates and the price. Any deposit, payment and cancellation arrangements are agreed with you at that point, in writing. Bookings made through Booking.com follow Booking.com’s terms and the conditions shown there.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00.
• Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.
• If you expect to arrive outside these times, please tell us before you travel.

House rules

• Children of any age are welcome; guests 18 and over are charged as adults.
• Cots and extra beds are not available.
• No pets.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events, including hen and stag parties.

Please treat the house, garden and neighbours with care. We may end a stay without refund if these rules are seriously broken.

Guests and identification

Children of any age are welcome; guests aged 18 and over are charged as adults. As in all accommodation in Sri Lanka, we may ask to see a passport or national identity card for each guest at check-in.

Liability

We take care to keep the property safe and the information on this website accurate. Distances are approximate and are taken from published map data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website use

The text and photos on this website belong to Villa Cozy or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
